Flowing is a Dance-Pop track, coated in lush 80s-style synth sounds, rich vocal layering, and an empowering bass line.

Taking full advantage of Sacul’s smooth vocals, I chopped & sampled some vocal phrases and transformed them into instrumental parts – blurring the line between melodic and rhythmic accompaniment. These vocal chops are one of the primary source of chordal information throughout the track.

The song began as an instrumental demo I created while exploring Reason Studios’ ‘Electric Bass’ plugin – which ended up being the primary bass instrument you hear on the record.
